A1: Trap Bar Deadlift - 4 x 3 @ 195, 215, 215, 215
A2: Squat Jump - 4 x 3

B1: BSS - 3 x 6/leg @ 20, 20, 20 lbs
B2: Step-up x 3/leg @ 20 lbs, BW->

C1: Single leg RDL - 3 x 6/leg @ 50 lbs
C2: Plyo Jump w. Lunge: 3 x 2 ea

D1: KB Swing: 1 x 10 @ 30 lbs, no band
D2: Pogo Jumps: 1 x 8-12

Trying not to over do it. Body does not handle weights as well anymore. Only a few weeks out from Nationals.
